Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she coaches athletes. Annie is the first female to win at the CrossFit Games twice. She came in second place in the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter, is also a CrossFit athlete and celebrity journalist. She was the first woman to be awarded the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. She is also known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both the year 2013 as well as 2017. Annie was born and raised up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. Since a young child she's been a competitive athlete and fitness enthusiast. She participated for the first time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years (as in 2021). She is 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit in California, in 2009. She performed quite well through the first couple of competitions. She finished amongst the top 10 out of more than 70. However, she was unable to make it to the top of the event and finished the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's direction, she was awarded the silver medal at the CrossFit Games. Because of her outstanding performances, she was able to win her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. In 2012 Annie was again the winner of in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete to win the two CrossFit Games consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she won a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach as well as a trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization as well as Sidekick Yerbae.
